5. Why is the price sometimes inferior to other travel agents?

The tour agent try their best to be able to sell at the best price. However, each service provider or hotel has different types of promotions and collaborations with each travel agent.

If you find an unreasonable price, you can immediately report it using the “report to us” link, and we will follow up immediately.

6. Can I cancel my reservation?

Reservations that have not been paid can be cancelled by SMS, email, or notification via the status page whose URL is sent in the confirmation email.

For reservations that have been paid and vouchers have been issued, a cancellation administration fee of Rp. 25,000.00 will be charged plus a cancellation fee from the hotel concerned (if charged by the hotel).

For “No Show” cancellations or reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before the check-in date, most hotels will impose a one-night charge.
